The uninspired are too busy to be bored.
I came across those words on sign during a rare walk home from work (I usually bike).
The words stuck around with me, not just because the double negative made me have to think longer.
As I wind down my time at my communications job (leaving at the end of March), I have so many tasks I want to tackle in this new new frontier of free time.
This list comes from needing to have things lined up so that I won’t simply sit on my couch and doom-scroll.
With so many opportunities to blast yourself with all types of stimulation and dopamine, boredom seems something to seek it out or to plan it.
So I guess I’m adding boredom to my list. What does that even mean? I don’t know yet. Wish me luck.

P.S. I thought I should include the poster for my upcoming photo exhibit. If you are in the Winnipeg area during this time, I would love for you to come on by and check it out. There will be a photo reception on April 12 at 7 PM.
Gorgeous! (Also I'm so tickled to have made it onto Fossilized Frames haha! Makes me real glad.)
